Beauty products and Furniture are non-refundable items. If the delivered product is found to be defective, it will be repaired/replaced depending upon the category of product. Standard Warranties of the product shall apply as per the warranty terms of the brand.
In case of cancellation of order, the refund would be processed within 7 working days as follows:
If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net Banking, we shall reverse the credit or credit the net banking account of the customer.
If the payment was made by Cash on Delivery, we would transfer the amount to the customer's bank account.
In the case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at the warehouse. For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 working days of us receiving the products back.
Cancellation before shipment:
If the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order online by contacting our Customer Support Team via phone +91 808 700 0543/808 700 9299 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org. In such cases, the order will cancelled and the money will be refunded to you.
Cancellation post shipment:
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team at +91 808 700 0543/808 700 9299 or email: email@example.com.Once we receive the order back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money.
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse, however there is a slight possibility that the product could get damaged during shipment.
If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your replacement of the product:

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to replace/the defective/wrong items in your order.
Step 3: In this case, we will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In the case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
We are liable to change the product if any product delivered to you is different than as described on the website. In case of Equipments, the product can be replaced within 15 days of purchase.
