Are your products safe and dermatologically tested?

Yes. All PROCAM IGNITE products are manufactured in modern ISO-GMP Certified units in India. They are formulated with ingredients of the highest purity, are cruelty-free, and are not tested on animals. The formulations are FDA approved and safe for professional use.
Are the products suitable for all skin types?

Yes. Our products are formulated to be skin-friendly, long-lasting, and suitable for professional environments as well as everyday wear. They work on all skin types including oily, dry, combination, and sensitive skin.
What is the shelf life of your products?

The shelf life varies by product and is printed on the packaging. Generally, most products have a shelf life of 24–36 months from the date of manufacture. Once opened, we recommend using the product within 12 months for best results.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 7 working days across India. For Express Delivery, you can select the express option at checkout for faster dispatch (additional charges apply).
Is there a minimum order for free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹1,500. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping charge applies which is calculated at checkout.
Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship to all major cities and towns across India via courier. We currently do not offer international shipping.
